Dhanvantaree HMS

A desktop hospital system with eight years of history, rebuilt as multi-tenant cloud SaaS.

The problem: Hospitals running the old desktop version needed cloud access, WhatsApp communication and IPD billing packages, without losing years of patient and billing records.
What we built: A single multi-tenant platform covering OPD, IPD with bed-level allocation, billing, pharmacy, lab, HR with biometric attendance, and WhatsApp delivery, plus a migration path from legacy software that preserves original bill numbers.

Healthcare

Hospital machine integration

Sonography images and CBC results flow into the patient visit with no retyping.

The problem: A hospital wanted results from its GE sonography machine and Mindray CBC analyzer in the HMS, without disturbing the software still running on the same server.
What we built: A lightweight on-premise agent that receives DICOM studies and analyzer output, matches them to the right patient visit, and pushes them to the cloud.

Asset tokenization platform

A multi-module platform for issuing and trading tokenized assets.

The problem: An international client needed onboarding, issuance, trading and settlement modules built together with their architects and security team.
What we built: Platform modules, integrations and infrastructure, delivered alongside the client architecture team, with security reviews as part of every release.

Manufacturing

Vacuum pump monitoring

On-premise monitoring for vacuum pumps on a large appliance production line.

The problem: Pump failures stopped production with no warning, and plant data was not allowed to leave the site.
What we built: Sensor nodes on each pump, an on-premise server and a live dashboard with alerts, so maintenance sees trouble while there is still time to act.

A Flutter app for electricians who take service requests from an electrical hardware business.

The problem: Service requests were coordinated over phone calls, so jobs were missed and hard to track.
